Structure of English Court System
Note About Reporters
England does not have an official reporter; however, the Law Reports
is the suggested reporter for appeal cases for citation purposes. Other
reporters may be used/cited if the case has not been reported in the Law Reports. For cases before 1865, the bluebook suggests citing to the English Reports.
