The Vision of eCase Law Corner - Nigeria (eCLC-Nig) is to enhance and promote the practice of law in Nigeria.
The Mission of eCase Law Corner - Nigeria (eCLC-Nig) is to support illuminative presentation, improved use and application of case law reports through simplification and innovation of judicial precedence processes.
The eCLC-Nig Concept centers on the provision of a well-researched and cohesive presentation of case law reports. The eCLC-Nig design presents each report as a complete research system. The design allows searches and  linkages both within individual reports and between a number of reports.
These reports are easily printable and referenced. They can be e-mailed either in part or whole. These are some of the features that make the eCLC-Nig product unique and different from similar products, in the same subject-matter area, on the web.
At http://www.caselawreporting.com,  this concept transforms an essential public-property document into a dynamic and vibrant tool of progress, for the Nigeria Judiciary in particular and the Judiciary system worldwide in general.

eCase Law Corner - Nigeria (eCLC-Nig.) publishes judgments and reports of the Federal High Court of Nigeria, Federal Courts of Appeal of Nigeria and Supreme Court of Nigeria in an intuitive and illuminative electronic format. These publications are covered by the approvals given, by the three courts, to Jombas Ventures Limited (JVL) in 2002 and 2003.
eCLC-Nig electronic publication is the cornerstone of a Legal library of Nigeria reported cases in this era of computer awareness and global competitiveness. These publications include case law reports dating back to pre-indepent Nigeria uptil the present day. We do not claim to have captured all the cases decided over these number of years but, our system is flexible enough to accomodate more materials as the number of reports in our archive increases. Presently, our database has almost 4,000 reported cases. eCLC-Nig publications guarantee user in-depth law reporting and analysis of the reported cases. These publications are a lifetime investment.
These electronic publications are windows based software designed and developed by the JVL and her foreign partner the Trans-Atlantic Investment and Trading LLC (T-AIT), for Nigeria Law material storage, reference and research aimed at making legal work load easier to manage, eliminate the burden of carrying books by taking advantage of modern technology as well as facilitate timely justice delivery and promote human-rights.
Since 2002, we have been providing the best customer service to the Judiciary by publishing electronic law reports in an objective and illuminative way using the internet and computer technologies. In this series of publications, we build on our tradition of efficient and effective reporting. The doctrine of Judicial Precedence remains an integral part of legal systems worldwide. For this reason, the decisions of the Nigeria legal system, comprising the major courts - the pre-independence courts, the Federal High Court, the Federal Courts of Appeal and the Supreme Court, which have decided a plethora of land-mark cases regarded as "locus classicus" will remain indispensable to all those who are interested in the development and practice of Law in Nigeria and world-wide. This is why the Jombas Ventures Ltd, in collaboration with her foreign partner, has taken-up the challenge to introduce these reports in the http://www.caselawreporting.com fashion.
